If your child is displaying any of the symptoms of coronavirus (see NHS for details: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/) please phone 111.  Alternatively, you can contact the new Department for Education coronavirus helpline which is available to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education, Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline by telephone on 0800 046 8687 or by email, DfE.coronavirushelpline@education.gov.uk.  The opening hours are 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday).

Surrey County Council have set up a Community Helpline Number 0300 200 1008 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).  The community helpline is to direct residents to services that can help during the coronavirus pandemic.

The community phone line is for two things:
1. To help direct residents who need support, such as picking up shopping, prescription collections or having someone who can be a telephone friend, to services who can help.
2. To provide advice on where to register your offer of help to support your community.
The helpline will not be able to provide any public health advice (please use existing services such as 111).
